I specialize in Cover Artwork, Merchandise Design, Logo Design, Flyer Designs + Marketing Materials, Electronic Press Kits (EPKs), Stage Visuals/Video Effects, and Mixed Media Collage.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. Due to the time and creative work invested into each project, I do not offer refunds.

How many revisions are included?

Standard projects include two rounds of revisions within the original concept. Major changes or new ideas introduced mid-project may require an additional fee.

How can I ensure the best results?

My time and creativity are valuable. To guarantee the best outcome, please provide clear instructions, references, and details before the project begins. Clear communication helps achieve your vision faster and more accurately.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on the project. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe once full details and payment are provided.

What is required to start a project?

A full payment or deposit (depending on the service), along with all necessary project details, text, images, logos, and reference material.

Can you create concepts from scratch?

Yes — if you don’t have a specific idea, I can create original concepts based on your brand, event, or marketing goals.

What if my idea changes during the project?

If your direction changes significantly after work has started, the project may require an additional fee depending on the new scope.

Do you offer rush services?

Rush orders may be accepted depending on current workload and will include a rush fee.

Can you resize or reformat designs for different platforms?

Yes. Resizing or creating alternate formats for different platforms is available for an additional charge.

How will I receive my final files?

Final designs are delivered digitally in high-resolution formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, or other requested sizes.
